E Sheldon D Wallbrown

VP, Business & Program Development

Sheldon has over a decade of experience in the education and non-profit sectors – both in the United States and in India.  He was the Chief Program and Operating Officer of a pioneering US government initiative to improve the education outcomes for disadvantaged children in Washington D.C.

Sheldon brings a great deal of expertise in educational program development and execution.  He has been a part of the executive leadership team that has launched three different educational organizations.  He has used his in-depth knowledge of running the operations of educational organizations to help other similar institutions develop stronger infrastructure processes through better day-to-day operations, staff capacity building, and school management that integrates results-based metrics with traditional methods.

Sheldon has a MA from Columbia University and a BA from Bucknell University. He is now settled with his family in Hyderabad.

Asiya Shervani

Consulting Director (Location: HYDERABAD)

Asiya is an organizational development and talent management professional with 18 years of experience spanning high performing ITES start-ups, IT, Telecom and Education companies.

Asiya has designed and launched various executive programs which integrate CSR with leadership development. She has also designed and facilitated learning interventions on reproductive health, emotional well-being, sexuality and managing relationships for teachers, parents, school counselors, policymakers and school management. She also conducts sessions for teens and young adults on transition to adulthood, self-esteem and gender identity. She is partnering with the Telangana police to train all counselors in Hyderabad schools on how to protect children from sexual abuse.

Asiya has worked in creation as well as implementation of anti-sexual harassment policies, and is a member of various employee grievances redressal committees. She has a BA and MA in the Social Sciences.

Anju Bhatia

Consulting Director (Location: BANGALORE)

Anju is the founder of Light of Leadership – a women empowerment and leadership training firm. The former head of L&D at Capgemini Business Services where she was responsible for Organizational Development and Talent Management for the 6,000-strong workforce – she brings over twenty years of experience in organizations like Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Standard Chartered Bank and Jet Airways.

Anju’s specialization is in developing various aspects of leadership. She has trained over 5000 leaders in diverse organizations during her career. She holds an MBA in Hotel Management, a Bachelors Degree in Arts, and an Advanced Program in Strategic Management from IIM Calcutta.

Anju is a teacher at the Art of Living Foundation. She is also a member of NHRD, ASTD; and also speaks at various HR related forums for B-Schools.

Meera Raghunandan

Consulting Director (Location: BANGALORE)

Meera is the co-founder of Spoorthi Corporate Counselling Services, which aims to make a positive difference to the working population through training, counselling and coaching.

Armed with an Engineering degree and over 13 years of experience in companies like Hewlett-Packard and Tata Infotech, coupled with a counselling certification and volunteering efforts, Meera is passionate about enabling people to deal with issues that they face at workplace.

Meera is also on the board of Kalp Cancer Foundation, an NGO that works on cancer outreach programs in rural Karnataka.

Dr. Shruti Kapoor

Consulting Director (Location: MUMBAI)

Dr. Shruti is the founder of Sayfty, a global organization that empowers women with tools, information & awareness to protect themselves against violence. She is a qualified Economist with several years of work experience at international organizations like The World Bank.

She is extremely passionate about topics related to women’s empowerment and international development.  She holds a PhD in Economics from University of CA, Riverside and has presented in various international conferences.

Meera Nair

Consulting Director (Location: BANGALORE)

Meera Nair is a freelance writer/ editor by profession. A post graduate in English Literature, she has had a career spanning that of television anchor, teacher, travelogue editor, technical writer and content writer.

She is also a part time activist with special interest in issues such as waste management and segregation, revival and sustenance of lakes, solving civic issues through engagement with govt agencies and betterment of education in govt schools. She has also been a member in the Ward Committee formed by the corporator to tackle civic issues.

Meera is a champion of green causes and is constantly on a quest to achieve sustainability in all areas that touch our lives.
